THE TEAM HOME began with great enthusiasm and desire. We created this space in the craziest and toughest period in the world, during a global pandemic!
Since then, we have dedicated all our time to Personal Training and Health.
Traveling and experiencing different cultures has taught us that sport has the power to move, excite and bring people together.
